Marpai Administrators LLC is a licensed third-party administrator and is responsible for benefit administration services provided through this website.
For all contracts (ASAs, BAAs, SPDs) the actual name of the administrator in that state (usually Marpai Administrators LLC) should be used, with no reference to a DBA.
ID cards also can continue to use the Marpai branding, but the full name of the administrator should be on the card; such as in the address to submit claims.
SBCs & EOBs/EOPs should contain the name of the administrator that is administering the business (in most cases Marpai Administrators LLC)
